My work sits mainly at the intersection of Explainable AI & Cognitive science research, teaching, science communication and applied consulting, with a growing focus on responsible and trustworthy AI (regulatory compliance, organizational change, AI governance and the transformation of human expertise). 3 complementary XAI approaches (post-hoc, pre-modelling, feature engineering)
 I design and implement XAI methods for complex, real-world systems using heterogeneous time series. Through the LEARN-IA project (FEDER-funded, with industrial partners), I built interpretability approaches for heterogeneous time series combining sensor data and unstructured reports, published in two A-ranked journals.

 As project lead for a European Digital Innovation Hub hosted at INRIA, I coordinated a 13-partner consortium and supported 200+ manufacturing companies and public organizations across their AI transformation, from maturity diagnosis to a field-tested governance charter aligned with the AI Act.

 I built the R&D division of an IT consulting firm from the ground up, recruiting researchers and co-supervising three industry PhDs. I continue supervising interns and research projects internationally, while coaching working professionals seeking to develop a scientific career. Several collaborations led to peer-reviewed publications with the students themselves as co-authors.
